Sue Luby, RYT, began with the study of Yoga in the 1960's and over time has experimented and evolved right along with her work.

  • She developed The BodySense Method of Alignment.  This offers the power of the BREATH plus Integrity of Structure.
     
  • She balanced Fitness and Health.

  • She co-produced a TV series for PBS called "Body Watch" and is the author of three books.

Sue also provides interactive lectures to the public, the corporate world, health professionals, educators and students. Each audiences realizes a healthier, more stress-free life by inclusion of The BodySense Method.

My vision is to create excitement and an appreciation by first recognizing, then building upon and maintaining a healthy body. This teaching emphasizes "undoing" rather than "doing" by awakening an inner dialogue. Once learned, this becomes a life-long language of self-healing.
