Your office no longer needs expensive "ergonomic" chairs and gadgets!

First, your boss will see and feel how the BodySense Method eliminates aches and pains.  The Method is a cost-effective, innovative concept requiring only a brief seminar for everyone to understand and enjoy a less-stressed environment.

Over 45 years ago Sue Luby designed The BodySense Method, and created an in-house training program incorporating both The Method and The LubyTube.  This program is a blend of ancient Yoga philosophy with the modern BodySense foundation of integrity of alignment and the power of breath.

This combination provides a catalyst for those seeking a better way to sit, stand, walk, bend, work, and even sleep effortlessly.  Medical doctors and chiropractors in New England, and elsewhere, refer patients to Sue.  She teaches The BodySense Method to health professionals in hospital, classroom, office and business settings, and coaches of various teams.  She was also the co-producer of a PBS TV series "Bodywatch" which covers all of these issues.
